Description

Delicious Big Mac Wraps bring all your favorite burger flavors into a convenient, handheld wrap. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners, game day gatherings, or packed lunches.

Ingredients

Scale

Big Mac Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup finely diced dill pickles

1 tablespoon mustard

3 tablespoons ketchup

½ teaspoon paprika

Wraps:

1 yellow onion, diced (divided use)

1 pound ground beef

Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste (optional)

4 soft taco-size tortillas

Shredded lettuce to taste

Sliced dill pickles to taste

Shredded cheddar cheese to taste

Instructions

1. Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Refrigerate until needed.

2. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef and half of the diced onions over medium-high heat until beef is fully browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Drain excess grease if needed. Transfer to a serving bowl.

3. Lay tortillas on a clean surface. Layer shredded lettuce, pickle slices, cooked beef mixture, remaining diced onions, and shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla.

4. Drizzle Big Mac sauce generously over the fillings.

5. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold in both sides to create a wrap. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter option.

Low-carb, gluten-free, or whole wheat tortillas work great as substitutes.

Recipe easily doubles for larger families or gatherings.

Store leftovers separately – cooked beef and sauce in airtight containers for 3-4 days.

Warm tortillas for 10 seconds in microwave for easier folding.

Add bacon bits or crumbled bacon for extra smoky flavor.
