Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Mix in vanilla extract.
3. Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
5. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
6. Spoon melted chocolate into muffin cups to form a base layer.
7. Add a portion of cookie dough on top.
8. Cover completely with more melted chocolate.
9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
10. Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
