Description

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot in single layer. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Whisk together ranch mix, gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup in bowl until smooth (about 1 minute).
3. Pour sauce mixture evenly over chicken, coating each piece.
4. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or high 3-4 hours until chicken reaches 165ยฐF internal temperature.
5. Shred chicken with two forks directly in crockpot.
6. Stir in sour cream until incorporated. Let sit 5 minutes on warm setting.
7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Add chopped onions or garlic at beginning for extra flavor depth.
- Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water for thicker gravy.
