Description

Fudgy chocolate brownies infused with Dr Pepper for a rich, unique flavor. Easy to make and perfect for parties or quick desserts.


Ingredients

1 cup Dr Pepper soda

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Whisk Dr Pepper, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.

3. Mix until smooth and combined.

4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture.

6. Stir gently until just combined.

7. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.

8. Pour batter into greased baking pan.

9. Spread evenly and smooth the top.

10. Bake for 25–30 minutes until center is set.

11. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overmix batter.
