Ingredients
- 8 slices white or brioche bread
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with sliced strawberries. Cover with remaining bread slices and press gently.
3. Whisk eggs and milk in shallow bowl. Place breadcrumbs in second bowl.
4. Dip each sandwich in egg wash, coating both sides thoroughly. Press into breadcrumbs, ensuring complete coverage.
5. Heat oil to 350ยฐF in deep fryer or skillet. Fry sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Remove to paper towel-lined plate. Cut diagonally and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm with whipped cream.
