Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Butterfly the chicken drumsticks by cutting along each side of the bone to flatten.
2. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Add chicken to the marinade and coat evenly.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
6. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Turn occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
9. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
10. Serve hot and garnish with parsley if desired.
