Ingredients

Scale

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

2. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly with the marinade

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat

5. Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill

6. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F

7. Brush with extra barbecue sauce during the final minutes

8. Remove from grill, rest for 5 minutes, and serve

Add smoked paprika for extra smoky taste

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness

Do not reuse marinade from raw chicken for basting

Swap honey with maple syrup for variation
