Ingredients
2 heads romaine lettuce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup croutons
Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
2. Wash and dry romaine, then cut heads in half lengthwise
3. Brush cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
4. Place romaine cut side down on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until charred
5. Flip and grill for another 1 to 2 minutes
6. Remove from grill and let cool slightly
