Description

Sweet and savory one-pan pasta with juicy sausage, tender vegetables, and a sticky honey garlic sauce. Quick, comforting, and perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale

8 oz pasta (spaghetti,penne or rotini)

1 lb Italian sausage

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup bell peppers, sliced

1 cup snap peas or green beans

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart.

4. Stir in garlic, bell peppers, and snap peas.

5. Cook until vegetables are tender.

6. Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.

7. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet.

9. Toss to coat with sauce, adding pasta water if needed.

10. Season with salt and pepper.

11. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use high-quality sausage for best flavor.

Do not overcook pasta.

Add spinach for extra nutrition.

Adjust spice level to taste.
