Ingredients

Instructions
1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in bowl until completely combined.
3. Place seasoned chicken in slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken, ensuring each piece gets coated.
