Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup hot honey
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Combine shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and hot honey in a bowl and mix evenly
2. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
4. Place one tortilla in the skillet and add shredded cheese on one half
5. Add chicken mixture over the cheese and top with more cheese
6. Fold the tortilla and press gently
7. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp
8. Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts and tortilla turns golden
9. Remove from skillet and slice into wedges
10. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling
Notes
Do not overfill the quesadillas to keep them easy to flip
Cook on medium heat to avoid burning the tortilla
Use rotisserie chicken to save time
