Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Cooked rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice for serving
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
2. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5–7 minutes until tender
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
4. Push vegetables aside and add beef
5. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce
6. Cook beef until browned and fully cooked
7. Mix beef with vegetables
8. Sprinkle provolone cheese on top and cover until melted
9. Prepare your base and divide into bowls
10. Top with beef and vegetable mixture and serve warm
