Description

A vibrant, no-cook fruit salad combining fresh peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, and berries. This light and colorful dish is perfect for summer gatherings, offering a sweet-tart flavor profile and juicy textures. Customize it with additional seasonal fruits for extra variety.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups peaches, sliced
2 cups nectarines, sliced
1 cup plums, sliced
1 cup apricots, sliced
2 cups blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 1/2 cups cherries (pitted)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Slice all fruits thinly, ensuring cherries are pitted.
Combine sliced peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, honey, chopped thyme, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.
Adjust seasonings and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Notes

Use ripe, in-season fruits for the best flavor.
For added freshness, chill the salad before serving.
Optional: Sprinkle with crushed mint or a splash of orange zest for extra brightness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
