Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves optional
Instructions
1. Hull and slice the strawberries.
2. Blend strawberries with 1 cup of water until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
4. Add fresh lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher.
5. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
6. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water.
7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
9. Serve over ice and garnish with mint if desired.
