Description
Strawberry Shortcake Fudge transforms classic summer dessert into no-bake candy perfection. This show-stopping treat combines white chocolate, fresh strawberries, and graham crackers into creamy squares.
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
ยฝ cup unsalted butter
โ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
ยฝ tsp salt
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
Extra strawberries for decoration
Instructions
1. Line 8ร8 inch pan with parchment paper leaving overhang on sides for easy removal.
2. Mix crushed graham crackers and salt in bowl. Set aside.
3. In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar and condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and sugar dissolves.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract.
5. Gently fold in chopped strawberries without overmixing. Stir in graham cracker mixture until evenly distributed.
6. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate 1-1.5 hours until firm. Lift out using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Pat strawberries dry with paper towels before chopping.
Use hot knife dipped in water for clean cuts.
Add few drops red food coloring for deeper pink color.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
