Ingredients
2 naan breads
ยฝ cup tzatziki sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
ยฝ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
ยฝ cup cucumber (diced or sliced)
ยฝ red onion (thinly sliced)
ยฝ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
Optional: kalamata olives
Optional: fresh spinach
Fresh dill or parsley (chopped)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC)
Place naan breads on a baking sheet
Brush both sides of naan lightly with olive oil
Spread ยผ cup tzatziki on each naan
Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese
Sprinkle with optional olives or spinach
Bake for 8-10 minutes until naan is crispy and toppings are warmed
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and season to taste
