1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
