Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish or rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Using a pastry brush, generously coat the top and sides of each chicken breast with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a food thermometer.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Ensure chicken breasts are similar in size for even cooking. For added flavor, you can let the chicken marinate in the garlic butter for 15 minutes before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
