It is a complete, protein-packed dinner solution that delivers restaurant-quality results in under thirty minutes, ensuring minimal cleanup and maximum satisfaction for your whole family.

Ingredients

Scale

3 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Place trimmed green beans in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain.
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side, then remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the steamed green beans, chicken stock, lemon juice, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring to combine the pan juices.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat thoroughly.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality unsalted butter for better control over the dish’s saltiness. Ensure chicken thighs are patted dry before seasoning to achieve a better sear. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
